Our Vision and Aims
To be a catalyst for positive change in the way we educate our young people in the United Kingdom by moving to a more involving style in the classroom, working on the agenda of students. Through an increased use of teacher facilitation and peer coaching we will improve the self awareness of young people and allow them to choose to take more responsibility for their lives.
21st Century Legacy’s aims to engage and empower young people to ‘Be the best they can Be.'
In collaboration; teachers, educationalists and business has designed a programme to inspire and challenge young people to fulfil their dreams and aspirations.
As part of this methodology we run teacher development days in enhanced facilitation skills to engage, inspire and promote an involving style of pedagogy, supporting both teachers and students in raising aspirations and fulfilling potential.
