21st Century Legacy AGM

Notice of Annual General Meeting

3.00pm on Thursday 8^th December 2011

at the

Ivy House Hotel, High Street, Marlborough, Wiltshire SN8 1HJ

I am pleased to announce details of 21^st Century Legacy's 2^ndAGM and on behalf of the Board of Trustees look forward to welcoming you on this occasion which will also give you an opportunity to meet the Operational Team.

The Annual Review that details the activities of 21^st Century Legacy during the previous financial year is being prepared together with a full copy of the accounts for the year ending 31^st March 2011 which will be available on the day.

Currently one Trustee being the longest serving member of the Board will be eligible for re-election and two further trustees will require ratification. To date no new nominations have been received; therefore the election of the Trustee/s will take place by a show of hands at the meeting.

I would be very grateful if you wish to attend that you reply by no later than 1^st December so that numbers can be finalised with the venue. Coffee and biscuits will be available on arrival.
